Dr. Richa Arora
Head of Institution & CEOA seasoned business leader and passionate educationist with over two decades of experience in the education sector, Dr. Richa Arora currently serves as the Head of Institution and CEO of the University of Stirling, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, providing strategic leadership across higher education and Pearson BTEC educational initiatives.
With extensive leadership experience across the UAE, India, and Africa, Dr. Richa has played a pivotal role in driving academic excellence, institutional growth, and industry collaboration. Her vision of nurturing future leaders who are globally competent, industry-ready, and socially responsible has contributed significantly to transforming higher education experiences.
Since assuming leadership at the University of Stirling, RAK Campus in 2020, she has strengthened corporate partnerships, introduced entrepreneurship acceleration programmes, established an innovation hub, and championed technology-driven education through automation and artificial intelligence.
Her leadership continues to focus on bridging academia and industry, enhancing employability, and creating meaningful learning opportunities that empower students to succeed in an evolving global landscape.
Dr. Sunil Kumar C.T.

Dr. Sunil Kumar C.T. is the Academic Director at the University of Stirling Ras Al Khaimah Campus, UAE, with more than 24 years of combined industry and higher education experience across India and the UAE. His work focuses on academic leadership, finance and accounting education, research-led teaching, industry engagement, and the development of practice-ready, globally competent graduates.
He holds a Ph.D. in Management (Finance), an M.Phil. in Management, an MSc in Consultancy Management and an MBA in Finance, along with leading professional credentials including ACMA & CGMA, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant (IMA, USA) and Senior Fellow of Advance HE, UK.
He has held academic and leadership roles at Amity University Dubai, Birla Institute of Technology, Ras Al Khaimah, and other reputed institutions in India, and has been visiting faculty at leading international universities in the UAE. His teaching spans corporate finance, financial management, investment analysis, international finance, financial markets, and banking and risk management.
His research covers international finance, foreign exchange markets, oil-price volatility and GCC economies, sustainable finance, and AI-enabled business decision-making, with publications in indexed journals, case studies through The Case Centre, UK, and international conference papers.
