Dr. Richa Arora
Head of Institution & COOA seasoned business leader and a passionate educationist with 19 years of experience in the education sector, Dr. Richa Arora is currently the Head of Institution and COO for the University of Stirling and SQA RAK Center at Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Dr. Richa holds an extensive leadership experience in propelling academic growth across UAE, Indian and African regions. Her vision of Nurturing future leaders to make them globally competent and socially committed has proved to be turning point in the arena of higher education.
She has led a major step change in how the University worked with business, from start-ups to large corporates; launching a new innovation hub and leading a city-wide team of senior city stakeholders through Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program and Technology driven Universities across Africa.
Ms. Shanthi Rajan
Director of IQAD & Director of SQA RAK CentreMs. Shanthi Rajan is a senior HR professional with a cumulative 30+ years of experience in HR and Academia. She currently works as the Director, Internal Quality Assurance Department (IQAD) and Director, SQA, RAK Centre.
She has taught in many Universities of repute in UAE, Vietnam, Malawi, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia. She holds a Master degree with specialization in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Wollongong, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education Leadership from US. Shanthi has been a recipient of few awards which includes an honor (AMCILT) by Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK) and a Commendation Teaching Impact Award (University of Stirling, UK, 2020) in recognition of her contribution toward excellence in teaching and learning. She was conferred the prestigious Academic Leadership Award for Academic leadership from HEF, India in 2021.
